HR Dashboard
Our goal is to analyze the length of time that employees have been with the company to make important decisions. If an employee has been with the company for ten years but less than eighteen, they will be promoted. According to our data, 4.9% of the company's employees are candidates for promotion.
It is also important to take into account the number of individuals who will continue in service. If there are employees with eighteen years in the company, they will be retired with proper compensation. We have also made a visualization of the distance that workers live from the office, in order to consider if we should create a transportation plan for those who live too far away.

In the details sheet, we will delve into details about employee promotions and retirements in our company. Through our data analysis, we can visualize the number of employees who must be promoted and retired in each department. This is important for the company, as it needs to know how many employees and in which departments will have an increase in their salary.
Additionally, we have also analyzed the perceived level of satisfaction among employees. We do this in order to improve work environments and provide better well-being to employees within the company.
On the other hand, we are also analyzing each employee's performance level. If we discover that the performance is low, we will take measures to improve it and ensure that employees are reaching the goals set for the company.
