In any organization, employees play a pivotal role. Talent retention has become a primary challenge for many companies. Imagine being able to predict if an employee is contemplating leaving their role before it happens. With the power of machine learning, this is achievable. The project we present uses Python to predict employee turnover, or "attrition". By analyzing various factors such as age, daily rate, years in their current role, among others, the model aims to identify patterns and factors that might indicate a potential resignation.
